For starters, hello everyone! havent been in here for a long time, how are things? I heard of the bust.... My topic: Ive been off gear for over a year and now Im smaller than I was before ever juicing.. My weight has dropped from 280 lbs to 235 lbs. Bench down from 420 to 350. Im considerably leaner but lost A LOT of strength. My question is, do u think u can hold on to gains made with the aid of AAS long term or do they just fade away slowly (This applies only if u pretty much maxed out your natural potential).

for a side note I did have to go through knee surgery and a shoulder injury but other than that my training has been as hard as ever. Lifting weights not the number one priority though (10 hard training sessions a week, 3 times hitting the weights)
