sus 250 question

I am 22 weight 220lb, used 2 cycles before. my question is, using 750mg of sus250 p/wk, 400mg deca p/wk, for best results ,better if i take

ex:
mon 750mg sus
thu 400mg deca

or

mon 250mg sus + 200mg deca
thu 250mg sus + 200 mg deca
sun 250mg sus

nolvadex and proviron ED

I would appriciate advices o i do not have much experiance.

the best way to do it is to split up both dosages and shoot twice a week. So on sunday sust 375mg and 200mg deca and then on thurs the same thing

thats alot of test. I havent used sust before because i think its easier to manipulate hormone levels with a single ester, qand i love prop! but if i was to use it i'd shoot it eod, whatever the math comes out to. decca should be shot 2x a week,
id use an ai instead of nolva ed, it will keep the bloat down better and then you wont have to worry about progesterone gyno as much

yeah but its only 30mg and it sounds like he wouldnt want to shoot EOD

thanks a lot guys for the information,

but i cannot divide in two the sus, 750mg = 3 glass ampules
for the deca np 400mg = 4 glass ampules (2 & 2)

It's easy test mon, wed, friday...give yourself the weekend off
Monday and Friday deca , put in the same shot with the sust.

Nolvadex and proviron should run all through the cycle or after two weeks
after last shot?

hold the nolvadex for post cycle, and use only if needed for gyno. Proviron may be enough but you may want to add some arimidex as well to keep the estrogen down.
