It starts lowering dht levels right away. If you are talking about noticeable results on the hairline, those take a couple of months.

Reducing dht it also reduces acne.

I hear finasteride works great but dutast is stronger and more effective at blocking and removing dht levels. The acne part of them is varied upon user as any results are.
