SUS EQ critique

Okay heres the plan feel free to comment:

1-10 weeks, SUS 400mg/week... Mon
2-10 weeks, EQ 400mg...Thurs
11-14 , PCT Nolva 50mg/day

Looking to just run a simple bulking cycle, nothing crazy. I dont want to run the SUS EOD, Any Critiques? (1st CYCLE).

The first critique is the one you stated, sust shouldn't be run once a week.

Done the research, im just debating doing mon-thurs on the sus, in terms of the EQ; Im just trying to minimize the side effects... like i said not trying to go crazy. Ive reached a plateau with my weight and am looking to break through with some lean muscle mass.

EQ minimum of 12 weeks NOT 9. Sust atleast 3 times a week NOT once. PCT 3 weeks after last sust shot NOT the next day. PCT 3 weeks after last EQ shot NOT the nex day. Nolva at 50mg a day?? Do you have gyno problems?

agreed eq doesnt really start working till lik week 8......switch the sust to test e if you could and id say two shots a week 500mgs for 12 weeks

CLOMID 100MG WK1, 50MG WK2, 50MG WK3
NOLVA 40MG WK1, 30 MG WK2, 20 MG WK3
