Many reasons for this one could be OVERTRAINING =P Gear makes it harder to over train but not impossible and yes taking a week off will help with this...
If your body is screaming for a few ddays off,, then take a few days off,, regardless if your on or not, if it need rest, it needs rest!!
resting is growing. a week is ok, if you feel like its to much time off then take three days and do a full body workout with lighter sets then go three more and do it again and if you feel good then hit it hard with your routine again. dont take to much time off if you dont need to especially when on aas. take more glutimine or some o2 if you feel to sore. do a search ,certain foods will help you too. good luck
I am not really sore, just kinda ache.. joints etc...
Ill take a few days off.. see how it goes..
Thanks guys!
I don't work out on cycle, I just let the juice soak in and do it's thing.
Agreed. Ive taken some extra days off because Im sore or tired and in the long run it helps.

Nice, maybe I will try that next cycle.. Like the guy above said, you grow while you rest.. so if you just rest 24/7 it makes sense that you would be growing 24/7.. damn I am going to be HUGE!!!!!!Originally Posted by Kratos
you tear your muscles up in the gym and when you sleep and rest they repair themselves and grow if you feed them with the right nutrients from your diet. so they dont grow when your tearing them up, they grow when they are resting after you workout. TARD!!! so I'd say that you probley workout too much and dont rest enough and thats why your so sore all the time. but you may be right about what you said in one way. I know a guy that never works out and has his ass glued to his couch 24/7 and he "IS" huge for sure 300+ I bet. Anyway maybe you should do some research on muscle growth.I take a week or two off 2 to 3 times a year when I reach a plateau and stop gaining and strenth levels off. besides if your sore thats your body saying I NEED REST. how can you have a workout thats going to do anything for you if your soreOriginally Posted by batlin

i disagree with dank, im sure we all learned what u just explained in 3rd grade. but its a bit more detailed than that. and im pretty sure he was jokin when he said he was just goin to sit around all the time. i think what we need to know is your age and what type of cycle u are running becuase most types of aas can have a huge affects on tendons and ligaments joint ect. because they dont grow as fast as the muscle does. this could have alot to do with when u started using them and how long you worked out before u started. but in all reality take time if if u need it. plus it might give u the mental edge u need.
It was a joke...
LMFAO at some of the posts here!
aww i was pumped to sit around all day and do nothing and get blown up
