    Question best test for cycle with deca?

    I've read so much info I cant figure it all out ,am recovering from shoulder surgery , what would be best test to use and how often eod, eow mgs? low dose deca , 400 mgs every 8 days, my source was cut off but thats straightened out, running the deca alone waiting for the test and pct , but like I said thts been taken care of , for this low adose do I need hcg or will nolva and clomid be fine ? any suggestions PLEASE! thanks alot

    I would use test e or test c. I would inject both the deca and the test every 3.5 days.

    Agreed.

    Also HCG 125-250ius/ED 2-3 times weekly.

    Not forgetting an AI too when "on". Letro maybe warranted as your using a 19-Nor.

    What are your stats? Age, etc.
    Recovering from shoulder surgery, can you lift yet?

    no nolvadex while on with deca? letro instead?

    Yes nolva upgrades progesterone receptors which is a no no while on deca and tren.

    lets say you have minor shoulder pains..

    i rested shoulders several weeks..barely any pain if i only do shoulder presses and no laterals at all...

    dont hurt when i bench anymore...sometimes* a minor pain when i do incline

    WHEN i juice..should i go for an aftermarket product for joints...

    or run a test w/ low deca cycle.

    5'8, 165lbs, 10% bf, 2 years working out, no cycles

    But to answer your question I would wait till it is fully healed or you risk serious injury.
