the more I read the more confused I get, anthony roberts says use hcg aromasin and nolvadex, then I read no nolva while on deca HELP PLEASE DECA 10 WEEKS 400 EVERY 8 DAYS
TEST C 12 WEEKS could I just use hcg and aromasin thruout and nolva 20 days later or no nolva ? am 37 , 2nd cycle , 1st cycle inject, recovering from shoulder surgery, am lifting now, strength is returning ,size is getting noticeable,not looking to be a monster,just want a straight cycle and pct info, sorry for being a stupid newbie , but like I said , the more I read the more confused I get, just want to finish cycle with nuts intact ,

Forget about Nolva until it's time for PCT. You need to research Cabergoline and Letrozole (sp?) while on cycle with deca.

there is a ton of contradicting info out there
i have not personally read ar's pct program because i have had way too many successful cycles to start changing things now
hcg while on... 500iu e5d few weeks on - few weeks off keep doing this up until the day before your pct is to begin. do not however use it during pct.
I run nolva while on 20mgs ed to combat estrogen sides, adex .25mgs eod to take care of the pain in the ass bloat. also cabergoline .5mgs e4d. aromasin, nolva and clomid for pct... 6 weeks min. not the clomid mind you (first week to 10 days) but the aromasin and nolva. i would keep letro on hand in case of gyno but with this program, i don't see that happening

i have come off of tren cycles, deca/dbol/test cycles and the average weight i lose after any cycle/pct is 20%... not bad considering most lose 50% or even more.

Take the caber to the end of the cycle, and don't forget the letro - if you missed that go back and read up on the deca info again. As for the PCT, it's kind of a personal preference - that's why you have to do some reading and pick what you want to do. Usually it is either a combination of nolva and clomid, or hcg and nolva. The best thing to do is read some in the PCT thread, porpose and post your PCT and a vet will come along and critique it for you. This is the best way to learn.
