When to take Anavar & Winny...

I've been taking 50 mg of oral Winstrol and 60 mg oxandrolone in the morning during breakfast. Should I take the oxandrolone (which are in 10mg tabs) in 2 or 3 doses throughout the day instead? And should I take winstrol later in the day? This is my first time taking these oral steroids. Has it been a waste to take them all at once in the morning?

You should split the does up through out the day ..

you want to keep the levels as stable as possible for the best results and less sides. their short half lives require multiple doses ed.

So for 60 mg of anavar, i've decided to split it into 3 times a day:
20 mg with clen and T3 and 25 mg winny after breakfast
20 mg with T3 around lunchtime
20 mg with clen, T3, and 25mg winny about an hour before the gym (5ish or so)

What do you guys think of that dosing?

looks good, make sure to take some liv 52's or milkthistle and drink PLENTY of water

i have been instructed by my doctor to take all my t3 in the am after my first gh shot. just a thought. second gh shot is after workout mid day. total 10ius eod. t3 is ed though... on days without gh, i take all 4 pills in the am on empty stomach

Hmm...everything I've read says to divide T3 throughout the day. Did your doctor say why you should take all your T3 in the AM?

i don't recall but i will ask next monday as that is my next appointment. will keep you guys posted.
