Can i do Nolvadex while iam on my cycle,

I wanna know if i can take nolvadex while on my cycle, or will that effect my gains, and also ive taken my third shot of test c in three weeks, and still had no reall gains, is that normal time frame before it kickes in

I would personally save the nolva and you need to still shoot twice a week even if it is 1/2 cc each time to keep blood levels stable, and it can take up to 6 weeks to kick in I seem to notice it around week 4 but everyone is different.

secondthought...I was reading your posts and am confused so you are saying you have nolva but are not using it? Are you using anything for estrogen control? I would suggest getting an AI for estrogen and to keep water retention down otherwise you are looking to get a mean case of gyno

Also what is your PCT consist of just nolva? I think you should go to the PCT forum and read up on that before you do anything else

Since you are only taking test cyp, one injection a week is fine. Furthermore, it will take 4-6 weeks to kick in so hang in there. Most people would throw the nolva in there regardless from the start but there are others who tolerate test well enough to use nolvadex only on a need-to-use basis. You will have to monitor your water retention, fat gain and look for nipple puffiness to see if the excess estrogen is effecting you too negatively.. some estrogen is actually good for muscle gains, but too much is bad...so go by a wait and see basis. Keep other AIs like letro, proviron, or a-dex on hand as well if you need to significantly drop estrogen levels in a short time, nolvadex does not do that. As for PCT, nolva is not enough; you need to look at the stickies

def take 4-6 weeks and more than likely closer to the 6 for you to see results from test cyp. i run nolva with all my cycles. i am not concerned with the so called limit of your gains when you do this as i have made very solid and steady gains on all my cycles when running nolva. when i stop taking nolva while on cycle my nips scream at me. would rather not have gyno... period... but everyone is different bro. keep it on hand in case you get a flair up and make sure you have enough for pct as well.... 6 weeks bro... no less.... 40, 40, 20, 20, 20, 20... this is standard protocol by most (90% of trt specialists)

i do not continue with the nolva after my last shot. i will wait the appropriate number of days based on the applicable compounds half life and start at 40mgs ed for the first 2 weeks and then continue at 20mgs ed until i feel like i have recovered and will confirm with blood work. during the waiting period though, i will run hcg at 500 e3d and will also include aromasin throughout pct and possibly clomid in the beginning of pct. depends on the lenght of cycle, compounds used and how i feel.

run it straight through...you dont have to stop...you're begging for estrogen rebound otherwise....its other compounds like clomid, aromasin, etc... that you throw in 3 weeks after the last shot

i agree - some people may be susceptible to the dreaded estrogen rebound during that period but i have never had a problem. i tried it after first cycle with no issues on the advice from a well respected member of the community and have done the same anytime i actually come off completely.

i run nolv as needed usually 2x per week just to control estogen , then also could use it in pct with something else like clomid or something. for about 4 weeks

I use it every day at 10mg while on cycle. If I dont I def. notice signs of estrogen....LAME!

He just asked if he could run Nolva while on cycle, he wasn`t asking anything about PCT.

Yes, you can run it on cycle. Personally i wouldnt unless i noticed signs of gyno (nipple itchiness, soreness, puffiness). Theres really no reason to have to run it during a cycle, and if you did notice these you should really run Something like Letrozole, works much better. CHeers
