    Need Clean Bulking Help

    I recently leaned down quite a bit, but im finding myself a bit on the skinny side. Don't get me wrong, I love the abs, but im missing the rest of my muscles. I want to bulk up a bit, but still keep my cutts...i have a pretty good diet plan for a clean bulk but i wouldnt mind the extra help from some good gear. If anyone knows a great combination of gear i could take to assist in reaching my goals pls let me know...Thanx

    Gear has nothing to do with it. It's the diet. Do a typical bulking cycle. Don't worry if you lose definition from water weight, it will go away. Do your workout as normal. Then make it a clean bulk with your diet. You give yourself just enough extra calories to bulk. You also keep the carbs a bit on the low side. Not anywhere near as low as cutting, but lower than your usual bulking diet. Taper the carbs, meaning eat them in your earlier meals. That's how it's done. It's really just the difference between bulking and just being a pig. Just keep in mind you're putting on muscle, it's not an excuse to have junk food and scarf down everything in site. You have to be kind of anal retentive with the diet. It is definitely a fine line you have to walk.

    Very good advice. Except while bulking on a cycle I'd assume you can go alil over on the cals and not gain to much fat.

    Yea, that's what I meant when I said "You give yourself just enough extra calories to bulk." You have to go over maintenance, but only a little bit.

    Thanx guys...that really takes bulking to a new level for me. Usually when i bulk i do eat tons of junk, of course i get all the proper nutrition in my meals but that doesnt keep me from fulfilling my late-night ice cream benges. When i begin my bulking cycles i always seem to throw caution to the wind and eat everything in sight which would explain the gut i get, however i always seem to get the fastest results when i eat enourmous amounts of calories. I think im just goin to take it slow this time and eat right, that way i can keep my cuts and still get big. I've used deca and sustanon250 on previous bulking cycles and although i gained good size i also gained a decent amount of fat. Of course along with a good diet, do you have any recomendations for some gear that would assist me in bulking, yet not pack on too much flab, or should i just stick to the normal mass gainers like deca and sustanon250???

    gear doesn't pack on flab. That is all diet. Although you might have gained water weight, but that goes away when you cycle off. I bet if you eat the same amount as ever, but cut out the junk food, you will be able to bulk without getting fat.

    that does make sense...when you hear of so many ppl getting fat after a nasty bulk cycle it can be misleading...so what you're is i should be able to to take just about any AAS primarily for bulking but emliminate all the junk, maintain an extremely strict diet and i should be fine with the exception of water weight of course. As long as its not fat man i will be extatic.
