Considering Cycle but have one worry..

    a little back ground info...
i've been training for a little over a year and dieting for about 7 months..

stats are 5'11 at 203 at 13-14% BF
    max bench:220
    max deadlift:340
    max squat:335

the reason i want to start a cycle is because i'm sick of eating flawlessly in mass amounts and the gains are coming on super slow.. but my main concern is i am scared to catch gyno.. any insight from the veterans or experienced aas users on how to prevent it to the fullest?

not everyone is suseptible to gyno... and it depends on your cycle. that is what ai's are for. do a search on gyno and ai's and do some reading. did you notice that "gyno" turned blue? click on it and see...

my thinking is dont use ai unless you have to. Start your doses out small, and assess your tolerance. I was worried about gyno too. Turns out i am not prone whatsoever. I did need an ai after a few weeks to help woth the bloat i got. But id wait to run an ai until you find that you need it.
There are warning signs of gyno. Itchy/sensitive nips swolleness etc. I would recomend useing a short estered test, prop, and that way if you get the signs you can lower your dose right away and take an ai/serm.
Maybe research a cycle of test prop at 400-500 mg a week for 12 weeks. Its alot more injections, but i like prop better anyway. Faster results, no waiting for it to "kick in", and it can clear your system fast if you have adverse sides.

your too young ,30-40 a day on red meat and chicken you should be growing fine with proper training and rest ,only training less than 2 years give me a break and give yourself more time to grow ,and if you cant afford to eat you damn sure cant afford to do a cycle and eat .so train harder stop whining and wait 4 years

Too young. Eat,Train,Eat,Sleep. That's pretty much what you have to do.
Stay away from steroids until you have finished growing naturally. You have so much natural test floating around in your system, that you have the potential to pack on the pounds.
    Peace,

aj but if you are going to cycle ur still going to need the food so either way its not gonna help you out if you cycle and not eating the right foods it will be a waste.

Just keep at it I trained for years with minimal size gains then after I hit right about the age you are and like magic I gained mass, give it time and if you wait the results later on will be well worth it. Trust everyone here once you go to the dark side there is no turning back.

Who measured your bodyfat? or did you guess? I'm asking because your lift numbers seem very low for someone of your weight&body fat. I'm going to guess purely based on your height&weight, and the numbers you put up, that your bodyfat is much higher and you are holding less muscle than the numbers would lead me to believe. In that case, I would STRONGLY advise you to drop more bodyfat before considering the use of AAS. The reason being if your bodyfat is already somewhat high, you will have a hard time not gaining even more bodyfat when on a cycle. So, if you could get your BF measured by a caliper that'd be great...If in fact your bodyfat was measured correctly, I think that you need your lifts up higher before considering AAS...

I wanna give you madd props for actually taking in the advice people gave humbly, and then for actually listening to it...It's a rare thing around here, lol... By the way, you could probably pay to have your bodyfat read with a caliper by a trainer at your local gym...
