    What am I buying?!

    I got a guy here locally telling me he sells powdered Ethinyl Testosterone, good or bad? Should I waste my time with it or just get something else..? I usually get finished product, but if this shit's good i'll pick some up and grab a fina kit or someshit.. And how would I tell if this shit's legit and not chlorine? lol

    never heard of that ester unless you are spelling it wrong, does not make a difference though, i would not touch any powders

    fine.. im here because i trust your opinions and ill listen, i guess it would be stupid to ask for an opinion and not listen to what's suggested.. just not what i wanted to hear and i get a little hard headed sometimes, you get to know that as you see more of me around.. lol.. thanks alot for the info though guys, you probably saved me i guess

    23 in dec, 5'7", 191lbs, 18%BF.. been training 5 days a week hard for just over 2 years now..

    nah, 2 hours a day after class... i feel like shit if i skip a day, i rest on weekend..

    2 hours? Lets see. . .

    5pm - Hit the locker room
    5:15 - meander out to the lobby, check out the chicks, socialize/
    5:25 - set up for bench press
    5:35 - rep out a set of 10
    5:45 - catch up with all your gym buddies and brag about how much time you spend in the gym
    5:55 - rep out 2 more sets of bench press.
    6:10 - look in the mirror at your "lean" physique
    6:15 - grab some dumb bells for some flyes.
    6:20 - rep out your flyes.
    6:35 - hit the pec deck to "finish off chest"
    6:45 - talk some more about what an "insane" chest day you had.
    6:55 head to the locker room.
    7:00 - head home, swing by mc. D's for a bite of "lean grilled chicken".

    Hardly a 2 hour workout.

    Give me an hour to an hour and a half of your undivided attention and you will be begging for 3 days a week at most.

    5 times a week. . .18%. . .I need not say more. The trained eyes of this forum already knows everything from that statement alone.

    #1 - Your diet sucks
    #2 - Your workout is either as I described above or intense to the point your body cannot recover so its catabolizing itself. (I vote on option A)
    #3 - Supps are great, but what kind of REAL food are you eating?
    #4 - do you sleep? You will build more sleeping than anything else you do.
    #5 - last but not least. . .gear isnt going to fix your crap workouts and lousy diet habits. If you had those in check, you would not be at 18%. End of discussion.

    KYNETGUY- can you come whoop my ass into shape, I need that help and I'll gladly take the 3 days of horror, lol


    but on a serious note, I have been building a diet and workout routine and if it is possibly could you email at [email protected] ????

    (I have posted some things on the board and they just get shot down cause I am not a body builder and at 15% body fat, I'm 6'3 245 in ok shape)

    I wouldnt mind some personal critiques of someone who knows what he is doing.

    Really not sure how any of the posts slamming this guys physique or workout routine are relevant to the question at hand? If he had posted asking for advice on his diet or workouts, and they sucked, then I could see where all the critiscism came from. Theres 49 other threads on the front page that you could respond to if you feel the need to say something.

    I dont like seeing posts like that for one reason, it discourages other members from posting questions they have AAS related or otherwise.

    Also, "your diet sucks"....I dont think that really counts as CONSTRUCTIVE critiscism, more like just being a plain dickhead because you can and you know more about dieting than he does. How bout, "your diet needs some serious work, PM me and I'll be glad to help."

    Cmon guys, we're all here for the same thing, theres no need to belittle anyone else...

    I used to train like that when I was in my twenties too, I was so gung ho. I couldn't stand to miss a day in the gym, till I was schooled. I now spend no more than 1 hour and 20 minutes and that includes cardio. There's a lot more to life than spending all your time in the gym. Take some time off too, it's very hard to recover going five days straight. How about a two day split and throwing in a day of rest in between midweek. Food for thought.

    Honestly, I train 5 days a week/ for about 45 minutes. Leg days are a little bit longer but 45 min is it. Since I switched to that routine (also training a separate muscle group each day) I have noticed many more gains in the gym..

    On to your question though, if it is test ethynil I assume that means ethanol? which is basically alchohol. So to answer your question..do not buy it.

    Sounds like your guy does not know what he is talking about, your opening your self up to get some type of negative feedback. Be patient man. Good luck.

    first off if you dont have any experience brewing dont mess with something you never heard of. second how well do you know this guy? third why is he offering to sell powder to people who dont brew? hey I just happen to have some testosterone powder for sale wanna buy it and make some gear and inject it? why would'nt he just make it himself and sell the gear for a profit? a powder source would'nt be offering to just sell powder to random people so they can make thier own gear. dude I see alot of red flags with this. thats my opinion. sounds like some bs to stay away from. to answer your question what am I buying, nothing from him I hope.

    actualy thats a very good point,powder in the states is like rocking horse shit right now,who in thier right mind would sell thier stash
