life-span
there is no way to really know.
do you think ones life span would be shorter because of the use of gear?

No, maybe when using GH though!

I guess it depends... Will it be shorter because you drink alcohol? If you drink sensibly, safely and in moderation, probably not. If you drink dangerously excessive amounts, then the odds of ill health will undoubtedly increase.
Like most things that us humans put in out bodies, it is all down to how safely you use.

You can do about anything in moderation and be just fine and have a long happy life.

We don't have guys on HRT for nothing. As stated above, anything used sensibly should not adversely effect ones mortality rate.

too broad a question, too many variables
but one thing goes unchanged, a lifestyle of good dieting and exercise will lengthen your lifespan longer than sensible usage of gear will shorten... so it all works out don't it
