Aspirate

Wondering how you guys Aspirate when giving self glut/delt injections, I find it diffcult to reach.

Not a problem for me .. Its a bit akward at first in some spots i suppose ..

well first start out with a ton of stretching before you go in for the kill haha. the last thing u want is a cramp mid injection. but as for aspirating i can do it with one hand. just hold the plunger with your thumb and pointer finger and use your middle finger and 'thumb palm' to steady the syringe, aspirate and then shoot away! hope that wasnt 2 confusing but it works very well for me!

it may be aqward the first time... im assuming youve done it once already... but it gets easier and will become a natural movement after acouple times

delts r easy for me, but glutes r a different story, i get someone to do it for me

you could also do that.... have a buddy that you trust take care of the glute shots for ya

lay on bed on your side
bring upper leg up towards chest or out
reach your glute with both hands if you want
inject!

a big chest makes this a bit difficult but it works, also make sure you go in at a 90 degree angle, I used to accidently go in at a different angle and i messed things up a few times..

I aspirated during my injection today and got nothing...then I pulled the pin out and saw 2 small drops of blood in the syringe. Felt fine afterwards...so I must have just nicked the vein. I've only done thigh injections, switching legs every week

thats one of the reasons i used to hit quads as a beginner as i could use 2 hands, but i found out its just as easy with one hand for delts and tris just gotta give it a try and you will get used to it
