Im 30yrs old 6'4" 245lbs 17% BF, been working out 5yrs and have only done a 4 week dbol only cycle out of ignorance a year ago. I want to get muscular like a pro wrestler , not huge. Im planning on lifting natural for another 6months and see what new stuff comes out and let things settle down a bit. Id like any suggestions on a detailed cycle I should take.
