i am on my third week of my cycle of test e and deca and i feel great. i am looking way ahead of this cycle cuz i want everything to go great. what i mean by that is when i come off my cycle and go into my pct how should my workouts be to keep most of my gains? i heard thats workouts should be less intense but that doesn't make any sense to me. i would like for someone to clear this up for me, that would be great. my understanding would be to workout just as hard as you did will on your cycle, when you come off. help would be great thanks!
