    New guy here, i had a Question....

    alright so 21 yrs old and im 5.8 and i have never used any steroid before, and i basically dont kno anything about them. Im trying to learn as much as i can before i figure out what steroid cycle is good for me. I have been working out for a few years, and i have seen little results, so now i have decided to look into steroids . I am about 150 pounds, so you can tell im not built or anything. I am not looking anything to get me massively huge or anything, i just would like to get a little bit bigger and ripped. So if someone can please let me know what there is that i can take that you recommend and what are the side effects? Thanks

    I reccomend food. No sides at all, except some gas maybe.
    Check out the diet and training forums before you jump into aas. Anyway, if you do not know how to eat and train steroids won't do much for you.

    yea man we all start somewhere just beef up you calorie intake and workout with time you will know when your ready.
    Beef up your protein intake aswell.

    150 pounds....mate you need to eat ,eat and eat and when you can not eat anymore eat some more, you have no right to get on anything except some protein shakes, see guys this is the reason 9 countries were involved to get steroids off the net, because of uneducated kids like this, i truely hope you take the advice given here.

    Hit the gym like you never have before. Read up on the killer diets than many have posted on the board and pick one or several that work for you. Lift and eat eat eat. Then maybe it is time to cycle. There is no harm in reading up on what you plan to use in the future though.

    I'm almost 21, 5'8, 170lbs, and 9%, and not thinking about juice for atleast another 10 lbs.

    I suggest you do the same.

    10 pounds huh...? well try more like 220 pounds or more and wait until 25 or so
