Thread: cycle choice??

cycle choice??
Currently 5'11'' 175lbs looking to get to 190lbs... I have a fairly low bf % but I'm 32 now and its getting harder to keep it that way..... I am debating between a tren a and test e cycle or a tren a, prop, and winny cycle.... I know that the first cycle is a bulking cycle and the second is a cutting cycle I'm wondering if I will achieve my goals with the cutting cycle or if I'll have to run the first then the second........
Previous cycles test e only, test e and deca , test e and eq
up from 140lbs

you need to be eating more than 3 meals a day. You have tons of potential if you dial in on your diet. I would check out the diet forum, and then come up with a plan. You really need to be eating good to take advantage of a cycle.

If I can improve my diet and add more calories which cycle would you recommend..... ( I will research and implement a new diet!!!)
I forget what is the name of supplement that helps increase appetite....

I would do either prop and winnie, or test and winnie. Tren is a rather advanced drug and I would get more experiance and knowledge under your belt before using it. I would for sure get the diet right. I would put money on it you can accomplish this with diet alone

I dont think you would have any problems using the second to achieve your goals but you are going to have to eat right during and after or bye bye gains.
