Thread: cycle choice??

    cycle choice??

    Currently 5'11'' 175lbs looking to get to 190lbs... I have a fairly low bf % but I'm 32 now and its getting harder to keep it that way..... I am debating between a tren a and test e cycle or a tren a, prop, and winny cycle.... I know that the first cycle is a bulking cycle and the second is a cutting cycle I'm wondering if I will achieve my goals with the cutting cycle or if I'll have to run the first then the second........

    Previous cycles test e only, test e and deca , test e and eq

    up from 140lbs

    Honestly my diet is not the best.... I have learned to eat anything as much and as often as I can in order to gain weight.... If it is any help I eat all 3 meals but not at a set time due to work...... I drink N.O. explode in the am before workout and a protein shake after workout.....

    you need to be eating more than 3 meals a day. You have tons of potential if you dial in on your diet. I would check out the diet forum, and then come up with a plan. You really need to be eating good to take advantage of a cycle.

    I really try to eat as often as I can sometimes I'm too busy or just not hungry

    neither is an excuse to not eat.

    If I can improve my diet and add more calories which cycle would you recommend..... ( I will research and implement a new diet!!!)


    I forget what is the name of supplement that helps increase appetite....

    I would do either prop and winnie, or test and winnie. Tren is a rather advanced drug and I would get more experiance and knowledge under your belt before using it. I would for sure get the diet right. I would put money on it you can accomplish this with diet alone

    I truely appreciate your advice and will take it under close consideration... you are aware of my experience but not of my knowledge!!! I have been a member of this site for over 3 years I assure you I have done my research and have a good bit of knowledge, I was mainly looking for other's personal experiences as well as their knowledge to help me make my decision...

    I dont think you would have any problems using the second to achieve your goals but you are going to have to eat right during and after or bye bye gains.
