    dosages to run

    hi all.

    I have 2 x 10ml Testosterone Propionate vials (100mg/ml)

    the question is, do i run 100mg a day from the start , and it lasts me 20 days, or 50mg a day from the start and it lasts me 40 days?

    i am also running:

    dianabol (@ 50mg/day)for 40 days from the start
    Testosterone Enanthate (@750mg/week) for 12 weeks from the start
    Deca (@525mg week) for 10 weeks from the start

    whats your views?

    i have never tried prop before, this will be my 6th cycle, so im thinking it will be still be effective in lower dosages.

    Anyhow any pointers welcome.

    I have to applaud your honesty (profile stats), and 6 cycles is rather accomplished, but I can't make a recommendation for a 19yr. old.

    why use enth and prop at the same time?

    especially when usin 750mg of enth a week

    i reakon save ya prop 4 another course fella

    Woah... 6 cycles... and thats you in your avatar? What do you weigh?

    Take a look at your diet, I'd make sure its 100% before running another cycle. Do you know how many calories you eat every day?

    that pics from last summer, after 4 cycles, im a bit bigger now, not much like but noticeable, arms 16 inches chest 44 inches, wei***ng 15st flat.

    My macros for my diet are calories 5559 carbs 736.1 protein 498.5 fat 49.6.

    Are you using the Prop in your cycle to kick start it?
    With your cycle history your better of with the higher daily dose at the start of the cycle.

    Oh yea......your diet seems a bit too "liquidy" with the protein shakes. Try substituting them with solid foods and you'll notice better quality results.

    and yes the idea was to use the prop as a kickstart and wait for the enanthate to kick in, this was the cycle i proposed:

    Weeks 1-6 Test Prop @ 50mg/day
    Weeks 1-6 Dianabol @ 50mg/day
    Weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate@ 750mg/week
    Weeks 1-10 Nandrolone Decanoate @ 550mg/week

    If it was me I would use the prop the 2 weeks that your are waiting for the enanthate ester to clear so you can start pct. I would run it at 100mg a day since you were already doing 750mgs of test a week this should be perfect. Just use the dbol for a kick start that will be more than enough.
