Deca - Winstrol cycle

could you give me some advice on doing a cycle heres my plan
I'm 6.4" 235lb I work out 4 to 5 times a week
I have a good diet

heres what I have
1 deca-durabolin 300/10ml
1 winstrol-125 20ml

first 40days
1cc of deca every 4days for
1cc of win every 4days

last 20days
1cc of win every 2days

I'm planning on doing spotinjecitons
right glute , right delt
left glute , left delt
I have 23g 1.5 for the glute
and 23g 1 for the delt

how does this sound
I know I need to get something for PCT and im working on that before i start anything im trying to have a really good plan

any help would be great

the winnie needs to be injected every day .5cc, or even better drink it. also they both work up the same avenue so that could cause conflict. Also you will need at least some base level test in there

no .5cc (1/2cc) of winnie a day. also this is not a good first cycle. Test only is what you want to do for your first cycle. Read around and learn more

Again, my advice for the thread starter is to research and understando what these compounds can do to your body, positive and negative wise.
Then do a test e only cycle to see how you react to it.

One other thing... never start a cycle without having your ancilliaries and pct in hand. This board is full of threads started by people like you that jumped into aas without knowing what they were getting into and then come here crying for help. Trust me, you don't want to be there. You re still on time to things the way they should be done.

u don't have enough gear
the cycle u are proposing is a broken penis waiting to happen and not much else. Deca needs to be run 12 weeks min. Add some test or put your GF on a meatless diet.

For the injections you might want to shoot 25 guage in the delt, and you might want to find some other injection sites because winny is pretty painful, try chest and quad..
