Which one is better for during a cycle Letrozole or Arimidex. And how much should be taken per day. This is a big concern for me because Gyno runs in the fam.

BOTH are GREAT AI's,,,,i have seen medical literature that showed 20%+ IGF level increase with LETRO,,,thats a great additional benefit.

if your looking for somthing to kill your sex drive completly off, letro would be the champ here,, even in tiny doses and EOD patterns it still kills mine eventually

i would go wit a-dex... start with a dose of .25mgs/day, try upping the dose to .50mgs/day if you don't get the results ur looking for.... i really don't' like letro cause of the libido side effects.... and it kinda hinders my gains b/c it "kills" so much of the estrogen in ur body... u need estrogen to grow as well...

Exactly. You WANT some estrogen floating around with your heavily elevated levels of exongenous androgens. Your body has a balance between test and estrogen. So you would assume God has it this way for a reason. Plus if you have cholesterol issues you don't want to blunt all estrogen like letro basically does. A little bloating is ok and actually desirable for maximum growth if you are doing a bulking cycle. You can lose the water at the end of your cycle or in PCT.

Arimidex kicks ass.. I chose it because letrozole can dry out your joints so bad you can't even lift.
