Ok I'm new so BUMP...BUMP...BUMP...now we have that out of the way. I was looking into doing a 12 week cycle...my first 1st. I'm 5'9 190 14% bfat. 36. Due to my job... being watch 24/7 here in the middle east...so I'm sure you can figure out that one...and can't gain a huge amount of Muscle...for me that being 20lbs or so...I'm looking at 10lbs of lean Muscle...something that I can keep on after... and to stay under the radar if you catch my drift. I have been reading about Equipoise and thinking this will be a better choice then deca because of the RBC and the fact it has less water reten. with sus 250. So far I'v been reading and it seems 400-600cc a week for the Equ. and about 500cc a week for sus 250...I'm still a little confused about breaking the shots up through out the week...but my main question is if I'm looking at a lower about of Muscle gain can I lower the amount a week and what would you guys suggest if so. My last Question is about Anavar...most people say it's great for strength but not gaining...so if your taking 30-50mgs a day for a 12 week cycle would 8lbs be about right...all this of course with the proper diet and training.
