hi people, i have reoccurring muscle pain in my chest and i just cant seem to shake it. i have rested it now for over a month which has helped a bit but every thing i do seems to aggravate it. its driveing me mad not being able to do any training. so can anyone give me any advice on useing deca to help pulled muscles, i have a basic knowledge but need doses per week ect.
