Brush your teeth. Floss. Use mouthwash.

Otherwise, get your blood pressure checked. It could be high blood pressure.

AAS cannot cause bleeding gums if thats what youre asking. You need to go to the dentist.

just wanted to update anyone that was curious about this.. the OP is my friend and has been in the hospital now for 2 days and counting.. the bleeding gums were because of a severely low platelet count.. 2,000 to be exact (where the normal is between 150,000 and 400,000). The doctors are still trying to rule things out, but they are not saying one way or the other if the PCT stuff he was on has anything to do with it.. Last night he starting pissing blood and things weren't looking too good... As of todaythough, his platelet count came up a little to 6k, but his hemoglobin levels are now dropping.. This low of a Platelet count means he could start bleeding internally for no reason and die.. Considering the severity of he situation I'll be very curious to see if the doctors try and link this at all to the stuff he has been taking.. I'm sure some of you would like to know wat they decide, so I will be sure to keep this updated hopefully until he gets better and can update it himself..

    Wow that sounds serious.

Can't certain viruses do this? What about deficiencies of certain nutrients, vitamins, or minerals in one's diet? And do steroids lower platelet count? Isn't it the OPPOSITE?

    Chemotherapy
    Dengue

Just for clarification, its not the steroids themselves that they were concerned with, it was the PCT stuff he was taking (nolva, aromasin) that they thought might have something to do with it.. The main hemotologist though, thinks its something else like ITP or some other nasty viral thing.. They seem to have ruled out leukemia, and since the prednisone didnt help, the doc is saying the nolva probably has nothing to do with it... basically everyone is confused, and the fact that he was on all these other things at the same time is making it hard for them to clearly determine what effected what....

wonder if the tren had anything to do with it?

was he using research chem PCT ancillaries? if so they may want to have it tested. It could be highly overdosed or something?

Can speculate but bone marrow biopsy can help with dg. In each case in his stuff was propably some waste product try test some PCT stuff if he has still some.

Hope all will be good. Take care of you and our boyfriend!

I just got out of the Hospital 3 weeks ago due to the same thing.

I was getting these nasty bruises all over my body. I play football and got kicked in the shin. I went to the doctor and they rushed me to the Emergancy Room. I went in to the hospital with 8K platlets. They immediatly put me on prednisone. I then got two doses of IGG. They could not get my count to come back up. I then had to get a treatment called ritoxin. I had it once a week for 4 weeks. I got a blood test yesterday and finally am back up to 138K. I think this was happening to me for about 4 months looking back. I told the doctor about what I had taken.(proviron, test, deca, winni) He did not feel it was from any thing I took. They said I had ITP, which basically stands for I dont know. He thinks I had some sort of virus. about half way through my treatments I started taking winni tabs to see if it would have an effect on my count. It still went up. I am stillleary on starting my next cycle. Keep me posted onyour buddy!

Thanks guys for the support, I'm sure he'll appreciate it when he gets better and gets to see it for himself!

I just got back from the hospital tonight, and while I was there they did another blood test to check his count.. Still going up! up to 9k now, which is still dangerously low, but WAY better than the 2k he was 2 days ago. He stopped pissing blood which is also a good sign.. I guess the prednisone is finally doing something... Only bad thing happening now is the hemoglobin level is still dropping, but not drastically, and could stabalize by tomorrow... so hopefully things are going to be fine, but dang that was close!

everyone is still unsure what exactly caused all this, but im pushing him to get his pct chemicals tested so we know wats up with them.. guess the big question is does he have any legal problems to worry about if he turns in the pct chems for testing?? i think thats the only thing holding him back from giving them up.. let me know so i can tell him! Thanks guys!

If the chemical isn't illegal he should be fine.

I wish the best for your friend bro.
