i'm about to start my first cycle in a few weeks and it looks something like this:
sus 500mg wk. 1-10
eq 400mg wk 1-10
winny 50mg/ed wk. 6-10
wk 13 clomid but not sure on doses
possibly nolvadex but still researching
Any feedback would be great. i'm 1sttimer, 24, 6', 200, 17%bf

Wasap J, welcome to the board bro. Cycle looks solid. There is a way to avoid waiting 3 weeks with no AAS before clomid, research in to it if your interested. Here is the general info you need to know for clomid http://www.anabolicreview.com/vbulle...&threadid=3088

Hit it 3 weeks after last shot, 300mg day 1, 100mg for next 10 days, 50mg for the last 10 days...

Personally I would run arimidex or liquidex with this cycle, maybee .25mg-.5mg ED, but if not you must at least get nolvadex ...

exactly how should i dose the eq on this cycle? getting mixed info.

400-600mg a week, split into multiple shots (depending on your dosage mg/ml).
