**HELP**please
ok im in need of desprate help.
im out of shape WAY out of shape actually.
i weight. about 230
im about 5'7
i dont diet i havent work out in a long while in tired of being like this
i really need to figuer out a way to get back in shape..
is there anything i can take pill or injection form...?

I hope you are joking. Without a diet you are going to go nowhere fast with pills and injections. The only thing you might end up with is more fat or a slight loss in weight only to gain it back again anyway. Get a proper diet this doesn't mean you have to eat salads everyday all day, but you need to be eating right. Eggs in the morning, tuna/chicken throughout the day with some kind of carbs. Steak for dinner with some veggies and then you can end the day with some protein and fat meal no carbs. Just because you are dieting doesn't mean it can't be delicious.

There is no magic pill. There are things that can help to speed up the process but only if you're dieting and training regularly.

yea i know i completly understand that i know im not going to change they way i look and feel by injecting myself..
im saying what should i do besides a basic workout
im about to start dieting and working out.
but i was wondering if there is anything else i can take or do..

well, i normally don't do this, but you seem pretty desperate.. soooo, i have this magic wand... and im gonna do u this favor just this once.... im gonna tap the computer screen wit it tonight... and bamm!!!!.... tomorrow morning ull look like brad pitt.....

well ive been deiting and doing some cardio but hopefully i wake up in the morning looking like brad. :]
no too despate but sad to say im trying to find an easy way to lose weight :[

Well you can add things to diet and cardio to help, clen , eca stack (ephedrine,caffeine,aspirin). Use these in the morning on an empty stomach to do your cardio with, only when you nail down your diet. Other than that just hardwork.

I just told you what ECA is.... Clen = clenbuterol go look it up in the steroid profiles to get a better understanding of what it is and does to your body.
