I would start your T3 right away. You have to ramp up your dose over a peroid of time. I would also get some clen
will the t3 cause muscle loss right away or will the test prevent even though it really hasent kicked in, i planned on using jack87's dosages, i would get clen but i dont think i respond much to it, have gone up to 180mg and not a single side, and dont wanna go higher
just because you have seen results from the test doesnt mean it hasnt kicked in.
I recomend in the future to get a bottle of prop to kickstart your cycle. Props cheap and I personally hate wasting 3-4 weeks for a longer acting ester.
I think you'll be ok and shouldn't loose any muscle.
I actually just started a cycle very similar to that. I've been out of the whole gym thing for some time. Injuries, stress, work, school etc.
My cycle looks like this...
Prop 100mg eod weeks 1-2
Test E 300mg weeks 1-10
clen and T3 starting wed for 10 weeks
btw how are you using your T3?
what do u mean how am i using it i was going to start off at 50mg then work my way up to maybe 125 if i can handle it doin 50 for 3 days 75 for 3 days then 100 for 3 days then 125 for a few weeks then step the dosage down
well it seems like ive been reading all night about dosing and stuff and I can't find how much to take. It has been so long since the last time I took it that I forgot.
Are you stepping down the dosage the same way as you did up?

are u cutting calories while on ur cycle? also u plan on doin cardio, you said u have used t3 before what kind of results have you had from it?
