Use the upper outer quadrant. Find the crest of your hip on either side.Go down about 5 inches and move inward (right if its left glute, and vice versa) a little less than half way. Push in and feel the meatiness. This is the sweet spot!

PS. R u shooting EOD ? I would switch off sides and move the exact position around a bit as well. I hear prop can be painful, but i've never done it.

Rotate between glutes and quads. EOD will get old fast with only two injection sites.

Oh and do avoid TOTALLY the lower half of your glute or you risk hitting the sciatic nerve. Painful for you and funny if anyone sees you spasm involuntarily. Saw it happen to my fraternity brother once...lol
