How do i recieve gear at another addy?

Im sorry if this is the wrong forum to put this in, I have took the last 7 months off from training which is my first since high school and believe me i needed that time away! now im recuperated and hungry again like never before! but in the past i was never concerned about where i had my gear shipped to weather it was my place or not! nothing ever happened but this time and from now on i want to be careful, i have looked into PO boxes, UPS boxes but they still want you personal info to open one so what good is that? and i do not want to ship to a friends place etc. because if soemthing happened there involved if not blamed for it. what eles could i do to keep my shipments totally discret this time? any body have any ideas?

You can download the anarchist cook book. There are a few methods mentioned that might work. They talk about it in a section describing credit card fraud, and where to deliver items purchased with someone else's card.

anyways..send it to a neighbors or someone who doesnt know your name put a fake name on it and then go to your neighbors or whoevers house and say oh i put the wrong address there will be a package in a few days...then you stake out and watch..if neighbor gets it with no incident, you are okay.

umm...I don't think so. For starters, gear should be used responsibly, and I feel that part of that responsibility is not putting innocent people in jeopardy for our own gains. There are better ways.
