    Creatine strictly for joint pain?

I have terrible joint pain when i go heavy on the weights. Ive considered taking a small dose of deca every week to aid in joint lubrication, but instead of using deca could my joints benefit from creatine? Since creatine is a cell volumizer and works by primarily uploading water into the muscel cells i could see where it would aid in joint lubrication.

Try adding some glucosamine in there too.

yeah i was thinking the same thing...but will the creatine make me hold water like fat and make me look puffy and bloated, or will the water pretty much stay in the muscles and joints??

    Try Kre-alkalyn

I read a thread recently about different types of creatine. Kre-alkalyn requires a smaller dose and thus causes less sides. It sounds like it's worth a try.
