supplements like creatine, drop when on gear?
I take a lot of supps. One thing I've been debating; should I stop using the majority of them while on a cycle? Stuff like cellmass I mean, not fish oil, multis, and other essentials
From an early age i figured if I'm not on steroids I might aswell take absurd amounts of supplements. Pretty expensive altogether. I got kinda use to this practice and I've built an impressive body.
So wat do you guys think? Save the money for more gear? Or stay on all this stuff I take? Just to name a few:
Bcaa
Aakg
Whey protein
Casein protein
Cellmass
l-tyrosine
Alcar
L-lysine
Glutamine
Taurine
R-ala
Flax oil
Fish oil
Melatonin
Gaba
Nighttime herbs
Zma
5-htp
Saw palmetto
Hawthorne berry
Sesamin
Grape seed extract
Ester-c
B-complex
Vitamin-e
Vitamin-d
Calcium citrate
Selenium
Green tea extract
Chromium
Milk thistle
Forskolin
Gugglesterone
Tribulus
Turmeric
Caffiene
Some other stuff I'm probably forgetting. Yeah its a lot I know, that's why I'm asking if I should drop this practice.

stop creatine and start it again in your PCT to help you not loose gains

I'd drop the cellmass, zma, and gaba and start it again during PCT and I would take about 4g of trib, other then that I would keep taking everything else

all you need is protein and muti-vitamin
and don't go nuts with the protein shakes, eat food, don't drink it.
all the rest is designed to empty your wallet.
protein should be a mix of short and long acting.

i agree with Kratos, the most reliable and important thing is a quality whey/casin protein or gainer. i get good results off creatine but im not on cycle. i would also save the creatine for pct if i was coming off
