    Arrow First Time Anavar User!!

    I just got 2000mg's of Anavar , which comes out to 200 10mg pills... Im wondering what would be the best way to use this to get the best results?? And how should i change my workouts for this since i know this isnt a bulking type steroid ?? Should i lift light, high reps?? or not? I used Sustanon 250 3 1/2 months ago with great results, but am wanting to get ripped up now... Thanks for any help on this matter!!!

    Use 40mg/ED for 7 Weeks.

    I agree with Dece8, start with 40mgs and adjust accordingly until you find what works best for you. Also pick up some MT.

    As for the lifting and cardio protocols...they should reflect your goal! If you're unsure, visit the Workout Forum.
