How do steroids make you stronger?
so roids heal your muscles and make them grow faster which makes you stronger but this doesnt explain why on like the second day of DBOL I can add an extra 20lbs or so (figuratively speaking, diff for every lift...)
whats the science behind the added boost in strength here?

nitrogen retention, satellite cell recovery, water retention, agressiveness, the mental aspect, large amounts of protein stored in muscle fiber. theres a ton of stuff far beyond my knowlege.

Its kinda like how a mother can lift a car off her baby.. A lot of people say we have hardly even tapped into the human potential and I think its true, and just knowing that you are on dbol kinda triggers something that just makes you believe you can get that extra weight up.

The testosterone (or other other androgen) molecule forms a weak bond with a protein inside the nucleus of the cell called the NR3C4 (androgen) receptor, which, which in turn (through a complex process of gene transcription) causes the the muscle cell to manufacture myosin, the primary contractile protein in your muscles. Differences in the reapeat length of the androgen receptor are partly responsible for the differences seen in "genetic potential" . Interestingly enough, the AR gene is located on the X chromosome. This means that men inherit their Androgen receptors from their mothers (since thats your only copy). Of course this is only one factor of many in determining how much muscle you can naturally attain.

Could also be the water, (in addition to the placebo effect) which helps muscle contraction. Tough to be beat Dbol when it comes to water retention. Have you noticed any yet?
