Very first time (test and dbol)
I could use some advice on my first cycle, guys. Right now I'm leaning towards 250mg's of either test cypionate or enanthate per week for 10 - 12 weeks and 25 - 30mg's of dbol for weeks 1 - 4,5, or 6.
I'd like to get some feedback on whether or not there is much difference between test cyp and test enanthate because everything I've been reading states that they are nearly identicle and price wise they seem to be the same..
Thoughts on the Dbol? should I do 4, 5, or 6 weeks? Also how does the dosage look for both the test and dbol?
I know a lot of you will probably say that I should bump up the dosage of test, but shouldn't I play it safe and see how my body reacts to it this first cycle? I would think even 250mg should provide a significant effect, right?
I could also use some help on the PCT..
I was planning on Nolva and/or Clomid for a few weeks after..
What does everyone recommend? I have both on hand..

Best thing would be double the test e or cyp (doesnt matter) to 500mg/wk and not run anything else. Visit our PCT section and read up. Best to run PCT 4 wks

500mgs/week min. Get the diet in check and the BF down a lil'. Good luck. I recommend Test E (because I used it! lol)

Thanks guys.
I have access to 20ml (each ml = 200mg) of test cyp right now, so I was thinking of two 200mg injections of test cyp per week, totaling 400mg/week for 10 weeks. Sound pretty good?
Oh, and I'm not going to do any Dbol with it this time, just strictly the test.

Alot of people say 500mgs standard first cycle, thats what I ran but it seems like more and more people are seeing results lower around 300mgs and if you can get results low then that means saving money and also you can increase from 300mgs to 400mgs then 500mgs instead of from 500mgs to 600mgs and 750mgs. I think you will see results with 400mgs.

id say 400mgs/week is a great first cycle... u could add in the d-bol if you want 40mgs/day for 4-5 weeks...

Enan and Cypio are both great products,
i'd add some D-bol for the first 4-6 weeks,
40 mgs/day.

also they are identicle 400 sounds good to me to although i use more, but still 400 is not bad. 250 is just way too low in my eyes.

Looking solid man, what are your goals with bodybuilding?? What look are you trying to acheive??
I like the test a little higher for your first cycle too- 500 is a good start. You will have huge oppurtunity for growth during your first cycle, nail your eating plan and training. You could throw dbols in the mix, it will add some fun to your cycle, plus you wont be waiting around for the test to kick in.
The layout I use for PCT is
week 1 -clomid @ 100mg, nolva @ 40 mg
week 2 -clomid @ 50mg, nolva @ 40mg
week 3-5 -clomid @ 50mg, nolva @ 20mg
I have tampered with PCT a few times and i find this works best for me.

Thanks for the advice and encouragement, guys.
I did my first shot of test yesterday and I decided to run Dbol for the first 4 weeks along with the test also.
The first injection sucked big time.. mainly because I got myself all freaked out. It didn't hurt at all really, but it is a little sore today and unfortunately I'm sitting all day at work, so that doesn't help things at all.
I started the Dbol as well.. I came home from work and it was waiting for me. I was anxious so I popped 4 of them (20mg) and headed to the gym. Holy shit.. what a workout. I did back and bi's and felt awesome. Tomorrow I will begin spacing the pills throughout the day. I'm going to stick to around 25mg I think.
Thursday is the next shot and I'm kind of dreading it to be honest.. I hate needles.
I'm also going to attempt to inject into my left glute which should be interesting seeing as I'm right handed. Doing the right glute was awkward enough.. I can't imagine how tough doing the left one will be. Oh well, I'll figure out a way.. there's no going back now.
Hmmm... I'm hungry again. Time for some more chicken..

Ha, nice man, atta boy and welcome to the darkside!
You'll get over the whole needle thingy, just give it a little time. And it can be tricky at first to hit your left glute, you'll pull through.... to think about... have you thought about trying shoulder shots? Personally these are my fav, easy to hit, and pain free in my books. Quads are easy to hit too. anyways, let us know how things are growing...
What did you decided on for your test dose??

I started last week on needles mate, first time test 8 weeks and dbol 50mg for 4 weeks.
i poos me pants the first time i used the pin, nearly passed out. 2nd time i was very lets say erm, panicking because of the first time, but it wasnt so bad. 3rd shot yesterday, and all was well, just took my time, did it carefully and thought happy thoughts.
you will get used to it, i have!

It helps to have a roomie to prick you. That's what I do 90% of the time. I happen to also be friends with a few nurse chicks, so that helps
The first time I had to shoot myself I had like 5 bleed holes on my ass from pussing out 1/2 way through 5 times :P
BTW, for the Dbol ur running, if you're doin 40mg and up, you will definately notice that fast growth at the beginning, but if you're BF isn't that low you might notice some face bloat and puffiness in unwanted regions. I know I did on my first dbol cycle. Good idea to keep letro around for that.
Oh and I only run Test-C. Its a slower ester so it'll stay in your system longer but also takes longer to come into full effect.
I wanna say by your 3rd or 4th injection you ought to be noticing some test results.
I know some people start with prop or something shorter, just to get the test in effect quickly and then introduce the cyp slowly and then stay on cyp for remainder of cycle.Last edited by daviebeer; 11-07-2007 at 12:31 PM.

200mg 2x per week, so 400mg per week total. I'd like to try to keep the Dbol at 25mg a day, but idk.. I may up it a little. I did chest and tri's tonight and the pump on this stuff is ridiculous. It's hard to believe such a tiny little pink pill can have so much kick to it.
I've been thinking of trying to inject other areas, but I'm worried of hitting something I shouldn't hit if I do it in the shoulder or quad. Also, don't you end up having problems because of the soreness from the shot in those areas while working out?

Nice, those dosages should be great for your first cycle. I know man, hard to beleive eh? the pumps are pretty intense and the strength comes quick! Your getting me pumped for my next run just thinking about it! Just remember to be careful, dont overdue yourself in the gym, dont want any nasty injuries going down, muscles can grow quick and tendons and ligaments are much slower to catch up for support.
Honestly, all of my days ive poked myself (5 years), Ive never had 1 problem with shoulder shots, but thats just me...yes and 1.5 inches is too long, although you could go in a inch, then proceed. But a 1 inch 23g would be much easier.
On the other hand, quads are super easy to hit, but i have ran into a few problems. There seems to be quite a few nerves in that area and i can assure you its not fun when you hit one. But it doesnt happen too often.
1.5 23 guage needles are perfect for quads.
Just be make sure to check out injection techniques, like

Be sure to Eat Big, train big, drink tons of water and get good solid rest. Keep us updated man, your gonna be a tank

At this point my goal is to just get big and hopefully not add fat in the process and hopefully keep as much as possible after cycle. I'm not really looking to get ripped.. I'll be going more in that direction in the summer. For now I'd like to add some nice mass over the winter.
For PCT I have Nolva and Clomid on hand, but I don't have everything sorted out 100%. There seems to be mixed feeling out there as far as what to use for PCT..
Also with the shots, it's getting a little easier.. thank god.. haha
I just worry myself about infections and whatnot.. it's not really the pain that bothers me. The soreness is a little annoying, but it doesn't seem as bad this time around. It's more of a self-induced freak out type thing, you know?
Oh, and as far as lifting routine, I just stick to mostly the tried and true free weight exercises. I usually start around 12 reps then go down to 10,8,6, and sometimes lower.
My schedule is usually something like this:
day 1: shoulders
day 2: legs
day 3: back/bi's

What would happen if you started with just Test-e at 600mgs/week for your first cycle? Would you notice less fat/more muscle with a clean diet or would you be wasting your time?

My first cycle was 400mg Test E alone, put on 25 lbs. and was the best cycle of my life as the first usually is, I started at 205 and ended at 230lbs. Stick to a lower dose, that way you have more leeway in future cycles, don't listen to the "anything under 500mg is a waste" statement.....that's my opinion.

So how will I know when the test kicks in?
I'm coming to the end of my 2nd week now.. I'm above 230lbs now and have been getting a lot of comments from people about how big I look these days. During the 2nd week I've been gradually upping the Dbol to around 35-40mg a day. I no longer felt like I was getting all that much from the original 25-30mg a day I had started with.
I'm planning on sticking with the 40mg a day for the Dbol for the next 2 weeks, but I'm not sure how to tell when the Test Cyp is starting to kick in seeing as this is my first time.. can anyone shed some light on this?

Hey man, looks like a good split...you doing 4 on 1 off, then back at er?? mine's very similar.
Its good your worried about infections...cant be to cautious. I know a few ppl who dont understand the risks and use shitty techniques..only gonna hurt them someday.
Test usually takes 3-4 weeks to kick in, i notice my sex drive kicks in first, but like someone else said...the dbols are hittin now, which is a much more powerful feeling then test. The test will take over after your done the dbol .
Like the goals man...get big!

So I ended up with my first knot where I injected my glute the other day. Feels like a golf ball sized lump, but it's not raised up above the skin, it is more under the skin I guess.. it is not hot or itchy or anything, just kind of annoying feeling when I sit a certain way and end up putting pressure on it. Otherwise I wouldn't know it was there.
What causes this to happen? Is it pretty much unpredictable when it could happen?

Well I think it's safe to say the test has kicked in full blast!
I have never experienced anything even close to the workouts I've been having lately, especially the one I had tonight. It was like a was a pure animal in the gym.. it's the most intense I've felt my whole life. In the past I've tried M1T and Superdrol and thought they were powerful prohormones, but they seem so weak in comparison to how I feel on this cycle I can't even put it into words.
The only way I can describe it is I feel like a pure psychopath in the gym!
It will definitely be a very sad day when this cycle ends..

I would reccomend having some kinda AI on hand, just in case.
Once you got gyno - no really going back honestly. Arimidex or something like that is fine.

Iam taking Proviron during the cycle, cause on of the effects is to get more Test Free to do his job.
And also 10mg of nolva to prevent gyno.
and how about your diet mt friend? around how much Kcal are u doing a day?
Iam putting arround 4000.

yea keep us posted on gains I am planning a similar bulker soon...and u will know the test is at full blast when u have no choice but to find another injection site...lol...cuz u cant reach ur a**...lmao
