    T-3 for beginner ???

    Useing Cycloens wonderfull layed out examples, of course. Should i split the dosages up through out the day? or take the dosages all at once?

    One more question.. How does T-3 make you feel? I started today, but i also took ** clen.. So my body temp went up dramaticlly, and my heart nearly exploded!! I only too half of one clen. and 25mcg t-3.
    So i don't know if it was the t-3 that helped contribute to the sides i experianced.

    you can take the dose all at once. And the t3 will make you warm, the heart rate increase was from the clen.
