need help
Hi I have been lifting for 18 months straight now.I took my first half assed cycle at around 13 months it was 3-10ml vials of winnie,I got a little leaner and a little stronger. I then took about two months off but still lifting,my next half assed cycle was 3-weeks of d-bol at only 20 mgs and a half a bottle of cyp,that was all I could get my hands on,hardly any results a little stronger that was it.I am now taking 400mgs of deca per/week and 700mgs of test which is testabolin 350 175mgs of cyp and 175mgs of enth I take one cc twice a week.I am 34 yrs old 6'4" 235lbs my friend and I have takin exactly the same amount of gear he is getting jacked and I am not. I need help any suggestions??

I take in at lest 250 grams of protein is that enough?

I should tell you that I am on week 3 - of the above mentioned cycle, should I have seen results??

try 350. how many calories are you getting? If you are not growing with the amount of calories you are ingesting then up your caloric intake. your barely even getting 1x your body weight in protein. try 1.5 - 2x your body weight for protein intake. How many calories are you getting? Try the diet forum, answer all your questions there!

Go to the diet forum and post up your diet and let them critique protien is just part you still need fats, carbs and calories

Week 3 probably not. Most would say no unless your jumpstarting with dbol or something of the like. your probably gonna start seeing results in week 4-6 then really get slapped in the face with results! But honestly check your diet cus that sounds liek the problem...

What are your goals?
Protein is not the only component of diet... there are also carbohydrates and fats as well.

Thanks for all the advice, although I am not counting calories I thought I was getting enough.I am eating every two hours!I will take your advice and post my diet thanks again!!
