He does drink a lot of water, right?

I had a similar problem before and it was alleviated by drinking lots of water. The extra heart beats went away and haven't come back. I thought I was hydrated enough, but apparently I was wrong. Being dehydrated does all sorts of weird things to your electrolytes and you gotta figure are made up of mostly water, if we are lacking in some way, it could only be bad imo

I drank water until i urinated crystal clear, and then kept it looking clear like that, after a few days that extra beat bullshit went away, man that was hellaciously annoying.

Steroids don't typically disrupt heart rhythms.
