1st Cycle test & Dbol help
This is what i have& I want great gains but i don't want to put on more body fat. I'm usually in great shape but went through some things and went from 190 15% bodyfat to 230 and fat. The boys in my fam have the ability to be ripped one month and a gut the next. just want some info on how to keep the fat gain to a minimal during my cycle bad advise

Id stay away from anabolics until you drop your bf back to normal.

How old are you?
diet and cardio until the fat is gone, train consistently, then cycle.

25 yrs old/ 5'11/ 225 about 20 % bf now..havent tested it in a while. Use to training very hard I played football my whole life until losing my football scholarship @ KU with a knee injury. I have no problem training hard. I've just been out of the loop and am ready to jump back in full speed. Before my downfall I was use to running 3 miles a day and doing @ least 30 min swim every single day. I wont have a problem with getting my cardio back up or getting my diet back together. Its just that based on the what "I've" read, I mean 6000 calorie diets, 5000? hopefully I can acheive great muscle gains without having to consume that many calories.

My cycle is test 500mgs week for 12 weeks and dbol 50mgs a day for 4 weeks

id stay away from anabolics right now... they aren't going to cut the "gut" or fat off of you.... stick to a solid cutting diet and cardio, thats the best bet for now.... cut down to a nice base then when you have everything in line (diet, training, knowledge), then you could think about saucin!!.... diet and cardio for now my friend... sauce isn't for you right now and it's not for the goal ur looking to obtain...

Wouldnt the added muscle help with the elimination of the fat? I'm not a walrus..and my belly fat is all internal(visceral) for certain reasons. most of my body fat is in my thighs and i've gained some on my pecs also.

i know you don't wana hear the answers that were giving to you.... but were more experienced then you obviously.... AAS is not for you right now... you don't even have any knowledge on cycling to begin with... you can take the great advice were givin you, stick around and learn alittle somethin bout diet and AAS... or you can do what you "wanted" to hear from us and do whatever the hell you wana....

You could try to put some clen +T3 in you bulk cycle,
with a very low-carb diet (with a load-day/week).
I've done that last summer and went from around 18%
bf to around 14%, gaining 16-18lbs of lean muscles.
