Is Nolvadex a controlled substance? Is it illegal to have it?

How hard will you get slapped (or spanked for the nasty ones out there) by the Feds over Nolvadex??

Nolv is approved by the FDA hince you can legally have a 90 day supply, in your possession. You can get a script for it, therefore, it is still a controled substance, because you have to have a script for it. However, I understand that the new law, allows you to have a 90 day supply of an FDA approved drug. I guess that is why I see so many prescription drugs sending out samples to people? Did I like repeat myself a gazzion times or what?
