permanent damage to hpta
I read a lot about permanently damaging your hpta by cycling to long, how many of you have actually had this happen

probably very few, but it is possible. To be sure, keep your cycles less than 12 weeks and make sure you take long enough breaks between cycles to ensure full recovery.

cycle length will depend on what compounds you use. If you are using deca or EQ you might want to cycle longer.. like 15 weeks, but time off between cycles is imho the thing that will help the most.

So, 19-nors will for sure cause permanent HPTA damage in the long run?
If that's the case, then why do people suggest running things like Deca for such long cycles? (I understand it's due to the long ester but isn't the risk not worth it??)
What about 19-nors like NPP ran in a short cycle due to the short ester rather than Deca?

Thats not what they said.
19-nors have the greater potential to possibly cause HPTA damage. And that is most likely through long duration cycling and excessive use. Also not using a proper PCT. Those cases are few and everyone reacts differently to different compounds.

With alot of people HPTA damage is kinda in the eye of the beholder, very subjective. No one can tell you definitively what will cause permenant HPTA damage they can only tell you their best guesstimate. The only way to really tell would be to have a study, or at least ALOT of people who did high dose cycles fora long time and than have their Natural Test levels tested perhaps 6 months to a year later. IMO anything besides that is bs, anyone can say i felt fine, etc, etc. cheers
