Best to split them through out the day for more affectivness imo.

You can take them all at once, since the half life is 12 hours. Or in the morning and then at night. It's not like dbol or something that has a halflife of 3 hours or so.

i like to take 1st thing in am 5:30 and then again at dinner around 6pm
