Depends on your goals really. Some people run a TRT dose at 200mg or even 150mg per week and find benefits from it.
The more test I take the better results I get. I wouldn't go lower to 400mg.
600mg should be fine the higher you go the more nasty the sides
stay 400-600
I did just great on 300mg/week....

Assuming your goal is too build muscle, i would not recommend you go any lower then 200mg/week.
Personally i would start at anything 300mg+
alright im gonna start with 200 a week andsplit them up. Then im going to up it around the 4th to 400 then start to come back down around the 8th and start my winny...
