Test E and Deca
3rd cycle
1000 mg test e
750 deca
per week
up tp 227
18BF%
rotating each butt cheek EOD and getting pain and soreness right at the tailbone area. Is this the shots???

750mg of deca ??? have you run deca before?
usually test e and deca arent painful

Dude from what i understand you should be shooting twice a week. Like every Mon and Thursday. Damn EOD is a lot! AND...you should be injecting in other places not just your glutes. You'll build up oil which can get very bad.

You only need to shoot those twice a week and you shouldnt just be shooting your glutes...change it up.

OK. It must be the deadlifts. I think I need to keep the bar closer to the legs throughout the movement. I have been doing test and deca eod and on the 4th shot i leave out the deca and just do the test. It comes to 1000mg of test e and 750 of deca each week, and yes, I have used deca on m y first 2 cycles as well with good results. First 2 cycles used Sus 250 and deca with good results, at 750 of sus and 500 of deca per week. With this cycle I started off with 50 mg of dbol per day for first 5 weeks. Thats done and I'm in my 7th week. Will keep on test and deca for 2 more months, and go into a cutting cyle for 2 more months and then I'll hit PCT. The results have been nothing short of amazing! I started at 202lb at 15BF% and i"m up to 228lb and at 17%BF. Just lovin this... Thanks for the help...

Ahhhh thats it. abscess...couldnt think of the word. Isnt that a build up of oil though and then they have to drain it?

try switching up the injection sites, if you need some help, take a look at the injection info tab

give your ass a break and start rotating sites... delts work real well.. at least you wld have 4 sites and only shoot 2 times a week.

start out slow on your tri's unless they are of a good size. I shot 1.5 cc's into my right tri once and it was rough.. it blew up and got all red.. It looked cool because it looked huge but it was so sore i cldn't workout for a couple days.
My pecs can take 3 cc's in each without much of a problem.
