not vital and yes

allows you to reach therapeutic or beneficial or desired level of steroid earlier on in the cycle. Should only be done with longer acting esters.

front loading works to an extent, i personally dont do it. i dont think it is worth all the juice you have to use in the beginning, feel like it would be more beneficial to extend the cycle a few weeks.some guys swear by it , so there must be something there. as always, this is just my opinion.

I mean why you quit gettin gains. Is it because your body gets used to the gear and isn't shoked by it anyomore into growing...why can't we go for like 14 weeks cycles or shit 20 week cycles. Do the receptors just get totally saturated?

In the long run it didn't seem to matter, but gains it start sooner, key point is better to front load with faster acting ester like Prop. or suspenion.

what if you shoot 400mg of test for 8-10 weeks, should i cut out a week or two and use it in the begining, or just keep it the same.

it is usefull for intermediate and up users, especially when you are looking to do a number of cycles and time is a factor - thus front loading long esters and then finishing up with short ones (like prop) allow you to hit the next cycle that much faster.

Without a fast acting compound i think front loading is ideal. Its just necessary to fully understand where your blood androgen levels are during your cycle and maximizing time efficiency.
