Can somebody explain the importance of using the right size pin when injecting. if indeed there is a right or wrong pin size ?
here in the uk we use
GREEN for sucking up !
BLUE for injecting !
ORANGE for shoulder injections !
insulin needles-insulin !
Well at least thats what i use them for and so does everybody i know.how important is it for depth-(ie) does it matter how deep you go in?..tell me what you personaly use and why !

I'm not sure how the colors and gauges line up, but I use 25ga 1" for everywhere except glutes, 23ga 1.5" for glutes (although with very low body fat I have used 1" for glutes with no issues) slin pins for hcg, and 22ga to draw.
As for why...well, because I think that's what works best for me (and many others).

i use .... 20g for drawing
23g by 1.5' for glutes
25g by 1' for quads
25g by 1' for delts
25g by 5/8' for pecs and calves.

on AVARGE in the uk it works out like this
green = 21 gauge 1.5inch
blue = 23 gauge 1 inch
orange = 25 gauge 5/8inch
but i ask for blues 23 gauge 1.25inch and use them for gluets and quad shots

i was told some time ago that the deeper the steroid goes in the better it will work,i would like to know how that could be true.if its put in with an orange so it aint as deep surely that should not make it less EFFECTIVE or am i wrong.sorry for the dumb question-i just would really like to know

If you end up getting it in the fat instead of muscle then it doesn't get absorbed as well

also ive just pinned my thigh 2 mins ago with a blue,i went a little higher than usual..DEAD CENTRE OF MY LEG AND 4 INCHES DOWN FROM MY WAISTEBAND.is it ok putting it there

The smaller gauge of the need the better. They will tare less muscle fiber when going in. Bit the smaller needle will slow down the injection. I like to use a 23g needle. I find the oil will flow much more smoothly throw it. but with a 23 i also recommend rotating sights a lot. To me a 25g needle is just to slow of an injection. I only use them with water base products.
The length of the needle is determined by your body fat. If you are real lean you can use 1. and 5.8 in both delat and glutes. But so be on the safe side a 1.5 in the glute is best. Most people carrie more fat in the glut and that is way you need the longer needle
