    Needle and spots

    Hey I got my info on diferent places to needle, but I have another question, if I put it in the right arm would that mean I would have to do the same to the left? or will it make its way over?

    Gear won't make site-specific gains, so you wouldn't necessarily have to shoot each arm for them to be even in growth, but you should rotate to different spots just to help avoid building up scar tissue in the injection spot. If you hit the same spot all the time then you will develop scar tissue in that spot making it more difficult and a bit more painful to inject there.
