Newbie needing help with first cutting cycle
Hey
Im new here and was hoping I could get some input on what I should do for my first cutting cycle. Any and all suggestions would be most appreciated.
Im 24 years old, 5'10" @ 200 pds. I have a good frame but need to destroy my fatty gut and the extra thin layer of fat I have developed over time. Probably have somewhere around 18-20% body fat (just guessing). Im working out 5 days a week doing cardio everyday and switching off muscle groups daily. I usually run about 2.5 miles and bike another 5 miles for my cardio and hit the suana for a good 20 mins. Dont have the best of diet, but have cut down my porpotions and trying to stay under 2000 calories a day.
I have been reading up on some stuff, but since I dont have any first hand experience taking any anabolics I would like some help. What Im looking at its either clen /T3 combo or the cutting cycle combo Clen/Winn-50/Tren75. Not sure what to go with. Basically looking to get a little bit bigger not much. Want to improve overall strength. Mainly want to shredd fat. Always wanted a six pack and need something to help me get there. Thanks in advance.

Diet and cardio will help you more than any compounds at this point. Be persistent and have patience.

If you have suggestions on better places please do tell. Yes I know cardio and diet are the keystones, but I need something to give me a boost.

This isn't what have to say who wants to enter steroids world...
Diet is ALWAYS the first thing to consider.
You can do all the cardio you want, but without a cutting diet you won't see your fat go away...
