    Exclamation need help building a cycle

    I am 30, 6'1 180lbs. I just lost about 60lbs. Yeah I got lazy and put it on after my first cycle. I am about to start my second cycle. It has been a while since I used any gear. I want to use this cycle as more of a lean mass/cutting cycle. Due to financial reasons I am buying each piece of the pie at different times. I plan to use and already have Test Enan and decca (10ml each). My thoughts are to use those as my mass building agents but I would like to get some advise on dosage and frequency for them. I would also like advice on what to use as a cutting agent(s). I have a limited amount of 50mg winstrol tabs. I am leaning towards getting some additional injectable winstrol but I have heard and read such great stuff about tren and clen ? Any advice. I guess the easiest way to ask my question is...I need advice on and would like cycle and staking suggestions for Test Enan, Decca, and Winstrol and if you think should add anything else for cutting. I really want to get ripped up and still put on decent size size. If it is not too much trouble I would really appreciate some advice on cycling off as well..(clomid therapy and so forth)

    you cant cut and bulk even if you eat all the right foods you will put on fat
    i have done a lean bulk with
    400mg deca 10 weeks
    500mg test 12 weeks
    50mg winy 4 weeks can be done at end or in the 1st 4 weeks
    go to pct for that info

    Getting "ripped up" and putting on decent size are opposites... you can do both at the same time, but the results will be slow. It's better to bulk first with minimal fat gain (or stay at the same BF%) and then cut. Your diet has to be suited toward one goal or the other, or you're just spinning your wheels.

    Plus, its easier to lose bodyfat the more muscle you have.

    I guess I should not have called is a lean mass/cutting cycle. I knew that the cutting would have to come at the end of the cycle. I do plan to put on the size and I dont mind the weight at the beginning of things. I would rather try my best to make the size I put on be a little water weight and smooth muscle as possible. If possible. I just need advice on how to arrange things, so I can make the best use of the Test and Decca and then what the best cutting strategy is. I am newbie and I am trying to do all the research and asking around that I can before I dive in it again.

    I am with you on that. If you get a chance could you give me your advice on bulking with minimal fat gain with Test Enan and Decca (if it is possible) and then you best idea on cutting.

    Is that a pic of you on your post? Awesome man.....that is the goal I am shooting for just not as big. It is not anything I do for competition because I just dont have the genetics for that but I do feel I can get to where I am DANG proud to take my shirt off in public.

    Yep thats me, 4 days after my first contest. all carbed up and saturated with water LOL

    Check out the diet forum and read the "how to gain lean muscle" thread at the top... thers a lot of resources that will help you out a lot there.

    I've just finished my first "bulking" cycle and am using lion's clen (cherry flavor ) during my pct which seems to really be helping maintain my mass, yet cut out the bloat. I was going to even use T3 but decided against it, since dind't want to chance losing any muscle mass from the cycle. If i were you i would def. look into using clen during PCT. Or you could even use clen during the cycle depending on your goals.
