    The best way.

Okay, I'm 23, I'm 5'4 and only 110 pounds. I'm pretty much tired of alway being the tiniest guy around. I do construction work. It is utterly brutal being my size and keeping up working with the guys around that are much bigger and stronger than I am. Plus I'm tired of always feeling so week all the time. I'm afraid of most of the steroids side effects. I don't want to lose my hair, or anything. But I can deal with it. But someone please help me, I just need to know the safest and least expensive way to bulk up. OH, I have a crappy appetite so I can't gain weight. When I do eat a lot I guess my body just metabolizes it or something. So this is also why I'm turning to steroids.

Once I get my desired size/weight, is it safe to just stop taking steroids and keep working out. Will it enable me to keep the size that I worked to get?

I really appreciate anyone who helps me a lot. I feel almost desperate to get bigger. Thanks.

Do you work out right now?

If you can't gain weight naturally, steroids don't help. Being in construction, you'll appreciate this analogy - think of food as your bricks/mortar, and steroids as your workers. It doesn't matter how fast your workers can work (steroids), if you don't have sufficient materials (food) you can't build a house. Plain and simple.

Steroids aren't magic, and muscle doesn't come out of thin air. You need to eat to gain weight wether or not you use steroids .

A crappy appetite?... you don't need an appetite to eat. Just eat. How many grams of protein/fats/carbs do you eat every day?

BTW, I went from 135 to 185 (keeping the same bodyfat) in 1 1/2 years natural, all that was involved was food + heavy lifting. So I know what its like to be small and what it takes to get big.

Welcome. You must get your diet sorted regardless of your appetite, even if you did grow with steroids you would rapidly lose your gains once you stopped because your diet isn't sufficient to gain. The way I diet, appetite has absolutely nothing to do with eating. I eat because that's the fuel I need to grow, and I never, ever wait till I'm hungry to eat. Head to the diet forum and read the posts at the top to gain a fuller understanding of the dedication required to diet properly, then after sorting your diet you will be much more prepared to grow if you do choose to cycle.

Aright bro, I am going to be honest with you here.

First and foremost, steroids arent some "magic pill" cure to being small. The main thing behind gaining weight is your diet, and you claim to have a "crappy" appetite. The first thing you need to do is build yourself a diet and stick to it for a while, and hit the gym up. You'd be suprised about what you could do naturally in a few months time.

Secondly, you definately not only need to research on how to diet correctly, but you need to research AAS. It doesnt seem to me like you know much. First place to go would be the Diet Forum. After that, head to the lifting forum and stick with that for a couple of months. If you arent disciplined enough to diet and lift properly, you should not consider AAS.

Just trying to give you sound advice, even if its not what you want to hear.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll start learning about dieting. Right now my diet consists of two fast food meals a day... heh. But I'm so desperate for a change I'm going to learn what I have to do, and change it. Again, appreciated guys!

No problem bro, glad to see you are taking our advice rather than just jumping into it.

Good luck bro. Following a proper diet is expensive (compared to fast food twice a day), inconvenient, and most of all necessary.

yeah, it is a REAL PITA to get the amount of food and kind of food you need at all the right times. I'm convinced I'd get better results if I were more strict about my diet but I am A) not that dedicated and B) get pretty close to my daily intake goals 80% of the time so I still make decent gains... I shoot for 5K calories/ED and if I fall short then I'm still in the area where it's plenty to grow on for me since my maintenance cals is ~3200.

find out what your maintenance calorie needs are and make sure you eat at least 500 more than that (minimum) everyday.
