    Question Injection to Workout

    If I inject my 400mg of sustanon , is there a wait period to workout or should i just go blast weights ? reason im asking is because a few friends are telling me different things and I know Ill get the correct answer here..

    Sus wont act fast enought to make any difference in your workout, but some get a psyched up after a shot and it might put them in a better mood to go work out, but physiologically it wont make any difference.

    I used to fear it would bleed or something when I worked out straight after. Now I'm almost embarassed to admit that - it won't.

    I agree with Stock, in that I get a slight rush of endorphines after injecting and have a great workout. As far as it helping in a chemical or physical type, it doesn't react that fast to help in that means.

    I like after workout shots...

    But if you get real swore after a shot it helps to do it before for example... shoot in pec before chest workout and youll already be somewhat swore from the workout so the inj sworeness will be reduce (personal opinion)

    im sorry , its 500mg of sustanon i use and 400mg of EQ per week
    250mg X2
    400mg at once on a day not using sustanon..that sound right?
